It's time for SALONI'S High Summer '22 collection and an intimate party for friends at an effervescently timeless country house. It's just the kind of event a modern bride holds before a wedding to gather together their closest friends and family.
"Saloni's clothes are perfect for joyous moments, celebration and laughter and a boogie with the girls. Photographer Lillie Eigar captured this beautifully in this moving image piece," says Creative Director and stylist Nikhil Mansata who brought his signature atmospheric and refined vision to the shoot.
The SALONI High Summer collection has a beautiful selection of dresses ideal for summer weddings, providing perfect options for brides and guests. The prints and embroideries take inspiration from textiles and ceramics gathered from travels across the globe, spun through SALONI's unique vision of colour and pattern. Deliciously fresh colours ranging from sun-drenched mango and shades of sugar pink to vibrant azure blue, dance across the versatile dresses and separates, with pieces in elevated white cotton smocking providing a classic counterpoint.
The SALONI High Summer '22 short film cast represents a mix of models, artists, actors, and performers from across the country, with a combined energy that fizzes from the screen.
They included flame-haired Performance artist and DJ. Georgie Bee, a.k.a Fancy Shews, the centre of London's riotous drag scene, who dazzled the party in the new SALONI shape called CHANDRA in pink "Verbena" print. The DREE shirt and PAIGE cotton shorts in "Filigree" provided perfect pre-party loungewear. The JOLIE-B dress in fresh "Day Rosette" print could be spotted on Emmanuelle, and Ivy Paulo looked the picture of a modern bride in the Sabrine jumpsuit this season reinterpreted in a mid-weight luxurious fresh white cotton.
The colours and inspirations of the dresses melt into the kaleidoscopic party setting. SALONI'S guests joyously mingled in a glorious cornucopia of flowers, fruits and champagne: High Summer never looked so good.
