How to Return Your Order

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept a return. You will have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items to SALONI.

Effective 19th March 2025, there will be a change to the U.S. returns policy.

For U.S. returns, please follow these steps:

  • Go to our Returns Portal here.

  • Enter the order number you want to return by typing the prefix # followed by 5-digit order number. i.e. #12345.

  • Use the email address associated with your order. Once you have registered your return, please print the generated DHL return label.

  • All Outlet purchases in the U.S. are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Due to recent changes in U.S. tariffs, we are assisting by collecting duties at checkout, ensuring you won’t receive any additional payment requests. For returned orders we are now unable to refund the duties paid.

  • Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your own cost and we reserve the right to withhold your refund.

For UK returns, please follow these steps:

  • Go to our Returns Portal here.

  • Enter the order number you want to return by typing the prefix # followed by the 5-digit order number. i.e. #12345.

  • Please use the email address associated with your order. Once you have registered your return, please use the prepaid DHL return label located in your parcel.

  • A shipping charge of £10 GBP will apply on all returns.

For Rest of the World returns, please follow these steps:

  • Go to our Returns Portal here.

  • Enter the order number you want to return by typing the prefix # followed by 5-digit order number. i.e. #12345.

  • Please use the email address associated with your order. Once you have registered your return, please print the generated DHL return label.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days to show in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

  • A shipping charge of £10 GBP will apply on all returns.

Returns Policy

  • We can only collect returns from the same country/region to which your order was delivered. Additional import duties may be applied if you have returned an item from a country/region other than your delivery country/region.

  • Please thoroughly check garments upon delivery and try them on to check they fit correctly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original brand and security tags attached to be in a returnable condition.

  • We can only accept returns of items purchased from SALONIWORLD.com

  • We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit. If there is any damage to the garments, we cannot provide a refund.

  • Items must be returned using our DHL return service and in the packaging provided by us. If you organise your own return method, we will not be liable for any loss

Receiving Your Refund

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, excluding any costs as per our policy. Goods sold to U.S. shoppers don’t qualify for duties and taxes reclaim. Any currency conversion loss will not be covered in the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to make an exchange, you need to return the original items and place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.

Quality Control

Each item undergoes a stringent quality check by our manufacturers and warehouse packing team.

Faulty & Damaged Returns

If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault or a defective product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. Please send your order number, images showing the fault and a description.

If the items show signs of wear, any damage will not be considered faulty and we will withhold the refund.

Frequent Returns

Our garments are meticulously checked before we send them to you, and we work to ensure that all sizing information provided on our site is accurate. If you are unsure on sizing or what shape is right for you, please email us.
If we notice a high returns rate on accounts, we may deactivate the account and not ship orders until our Customer Care team has had time to assess the situation.
