These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms & Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Registration
To access certain services or features on our Site, you may need to register an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Eligibility To Purchase
To make purchases on our site, you must provide valid personal and payment details. By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to use our services and that the information you provide is accurate.
Our services are available to individuals who meet our eligibility criteria and have a valid credit/debit card. We reserve the right to restrict quantities of items being shipped to any customer or postal address.
We may perform credit checks and use your personal information for anti-fraud checks. By using our services, you authorise us to transmit or obtain information about you from third parties as needed to authenticate your identity and validate your payment. 
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing items in your shopping basket does not guarantee their reservation. 
SALONI offers products that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. We will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
Address changes once the order has been placed will only be done at SALONI's discretion.
Products
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
Pricing
All prices and delivery charges for purchased products being delivered to a customer within the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and continental USA are inclusive of all destination taxes and duties.
For delivery for the Rest of the World all prices and delivery charges are exclusive of any duties and taxes. You will be required to pay the applicable and relevant duties, taxes or any other charges as required by the country of delivery. By purchasing from this site, you accept to pay all duties and taxes or other charges required in full. We are not liable for any import taxes or duties and we shall be entitled to charge you any of those costs.
We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to find out about the import taxes and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. The currency calculator can be used to convert the value of the selling prices in your currency. We are not liable for the bank charges applied on your card and the currency your bank used to convert the purchasing price.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our service. 
Delivery
The product will be the customer's responsibility from the time SALONI, through its service providers, delivers the product to the address the customer gave in the order. The customer shall acquire ownership of the product once SALONI has received full payment. 
All SALONI orders require a signature on delivery. If you would prefer not to sign for your delivery you can remove the signature requirement. Once you do so, SALONI and DHL can not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.
Products shall be delivered to customer at the cost specifically indicated on the website before the order is placed. 
The delivery times indicated on the website are purely indicative. Following receipt of the shipping confirmation, the customer will be able to monitor the status of the shipping from the “My Account” area on the website and/or through the shipment tracking details provided in the shipping confirmation.   
Any damage detected in the packaging and/or in the product, and any discrepancy found in the number of items or in the indications contained in the bill of parcels, shall be immediately reported to the SALONI Customer Care team. 
Any problem concerning the integrity of the products received or any damages of it, their number and completeness – which is not possible to detect or to report at the time of delivery – should be reported within 24 hours from delivery, in order to allow SALONI to proceed with the necessary verifications. Please note that such a communication timeframe does not affect the customer’s statutory warranty and withdrawal rights. 
All products come with an identification tag and security tags attached. Customers should not remove the tags from the purchased products should they wish to return the item. Returns received without the tag will not be accepted.
Orders will only be shipped to a valid address (as determined by SALONI in its sole and absolute discretion). However, please note that we may not be able to ship to all valid addresses and, in such circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we are not able to ship to the shipping address you provide, we will notify you, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund. All orders are shipped via DHL Express Delivery. 
SALONI cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of an incomplete or incorrect address during the checkout process. 
VAT
You agree to pay VAT on the price, delivery charges and other charges on the purchased products at the applicable rate. VAT means UK Value Added Tax or any other local or regional value added sales or consumption tax to be paid in any part of the world where the products are being delivered to. 
For delivery to the rest of the world, the prices, delivery charges and any other charges will be exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. 
Duty & Taxes
For delivery within the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and continental USA:

Returns & Refunds
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method, excluding any shipping costs, customs and duties. Any conversion loss will not be covered in the refund. Please note a refund charge of £10 will be deducted from your refund amount and that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 
We do not offer price adjustment on our items purchased in a sale or full price. Once an item has been purchased no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down. 
Faulty & Damaged Returns
If we consider an item to have been worn or shows signs of damage that is not a manufacturing fault, the item may be returned to you at your cost or up to 40% of your refund withheld.

Changes To Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We recommend checking these Terms regularly for updates.
Liability
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. 
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on SALONIWORLD.COM is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card. 
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights. 
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. 
The products sold on SALONIWORLD.COM are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from SALONIWORLD.COM.
We have taken every measure to prevent internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. 
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or that your use of it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website. 
From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s). 
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights. 
We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:
