Gina Correll Aglietti has built a life around communing with others through food and music, and her spirit for entertaining is entrenched in her work as a founder of Yola Mezcal. Friends of the brand cosied up in the holiday collection in the R.M. Schindler-designed residence, built in 1934, featuring a floating gabled roof and custom-built furniture. Gina’s home in Silver Lake brings people together. When a mutual friend introduced Saloni and Gina, they instantly clicked and began brainstorming for a cozy dinner party to celebrate with their friends. Saloni hadn’t visited Los Angeles in years and was passing through the city for 48 hours, so an intimate dinner at Gina’s home seemed the perfect way to celebrate with friends of the brand.

Chefs Balo Orozco and Gerardo Gonzalez prepared a family-style dinner with a sharing menu featuring fresh ingredients from the farmers' market. Outside, as a rare rain shower fell on LA, guests dined by the glow of candlelight and a fireplace, accompanied by soothing piano tunes. By the end of the evening, everyone was dancing by the fire in the living room.
