Packed with beautiful details, the fitted waist with a blouson bodice allow ease of movement and flatters just about every shape. Close fitted skirt with cascading ruffles is a unique signature of Isa Ruffle dress. Long, gently-puffed sleeves finished with cuffs with a scoop neckline offer an elegant look.
